Due to advances in technology humans are now able to communicate faster than ever. It’s amazing how much things have changed even in the past 20 years! And though there are many upsides to such expediency it also brings on added stress. Have you ever emailed a business late on a Sunday evening and wondered why you aren’t receiving a prompt response? On a gut-level we know we shouldn’t be waiting but we’ve just become so used to getting a quick reply. People are also expecting the same from you; you know it, they know it – and with each expectation your stress-level rises.

It’s makes it incredibly difficult to keep all the plates spinning. So much so that it’s very easy to feel scattered and a little untethered, eh? Because of life’s faster and faster pace we’ve got to stay sharp. Sure, a proper diet and daily physical activity help but it’s sometimes not enough to keep running strong.

So look at what you need, will something like ginkgo biloba or some other memory-enhancing herb or supplement help? Or maybe it’s finding new ways to work smarter instead of harder? Can you work up a new process of organisation that keeps your world in order? If so, you’ll find you’re able to keep stress at bay simply by being more efficient at handling everything that comes your way.
